Rihanna and Rocky had previously become parents to their first child, a baby boy named RZA Athelston Mayers, in 2022.
The announcement of Rihanna's second pregnancy was made during her halftime performance at the Super Bowl in February. During the show, her baby bump was evident beneath her snug attire, which she wore beneath a loose-fitting red jumpsuit. This sparked conjecture on social media regarding the possibility of her being pregnant again.
Her appearance at the NFL's prominent event marked her first live performance in seven years and her first since giving birth to RZA.
